About me

My name is Axel! I offer dynamic tours for you to discover the many universes of this amazing city. My objective is to share with you my passion for Rio and to present you all its beauty and magic. You will catch the real Carioca way of living : favelas, Historical Centre, Santa Teresa colonial and bohemian district, Tijuca forest hikes... I also take you to full days tour to the wild beaches of Grumari / Prainha and in Niteroi city (full day by car). I also offer By Night tours so you get the crazy vibes of the Carioca Nights with samba live concert or Samba School Rehearsals, and this all year long and everyday of the .week !  

I am a 38 years old french guy living in Rio for 10 years, I turned an official tour guide in 2011, I speak english, portuguese and spanish. . With 3 friends I am running the Guesthouse Casa 48, situated in a small favela in the district of Santa Teresa.
